WAY 1

Open file.

Choose an image and open.

Hold shift key to scale the image.

Edit the size of the artboard according to the size of the image.

Duplicate layer.

Use Type Tool to type words.

Select all the words. Then, click Object > Expand.

Click Object > Flatten Transparency >
Choose Convert All Text to Outlines.

Click Object > Compound Path > Make.

Select the words together with the image >
Make Clipping Mask.


Add a black background behind it
so that the words can be seen clearly.
