Choose a logo.

Lock the logo.

Create a new layer.

Use Rectangle Tool to shape the logo.

Use Direct Selection Tool to adjust the anchor.

Use Eyedropper Tool to paint the logo so that it has the same colour as the original logo.

Move the shape to the correct position.

Done.
